These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of knowsy.tech and your communications with Knowsy Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Knowsy,” “we,” “us”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Our services

Knowsy helps businesses find revenue and productivity opportunities and implements AI, automation, CRM, and communication systems. Information on this website is general and is not legal, financial, or other professional advice. Paid services are provided only under a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for those services.

2. Demonstrations and assessments

Custom demonstrations are examples intended to show how a system could work for a business. They may be built from publicly available information and do not commit Knowsy to any particular final functionality, scope, or price. Assessment findings are recommendations based on the information available to us.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website or our services to break the law, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, interfere with or disrupt the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy the website’s content at scale, or misrepresent your identity.

4. Communications

When you give us your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by email or phone about your request. Agreeing to receive text messages is separate and optional. It is given only through a clearly labeled opt-in, such as an unchecked checkbox, and is not required to use this website, submit a form, book a call, or purchase any service.

5. SMS program terms

• Program. Knowsy Technologies text messages. Depending on what you agreed to, messages may include responses to your inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, demonstration and assessment follow-up, and occasional updates about our services.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You can also reply QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT, or tell us in any other reasonable way. We will send one message confirming your opt-out.
• Help. Reply HELP for help, or email Zack@knowsy.tech.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers, text messaging opt-in data, and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. No guarantee of results

Revenue, lead, booking, response, and time-savings outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including a business’s market, staff, pricing, processes, and use of the systems. We do not guarantee any particular revenue, sales, or business results. Any guarantee we offer, including the 5-Hour Guarantee, applies only as set out in a signed written agreement and is subject to the conditions stated there.

7. AI systems

AI tools can produce responses that are inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. Businesses using our services remain responsible for reviewing how AI systems represent them, for the information those systems give their customers, and for their own compliance with laws that apply to their communications.

8. Third-party services

Our services rely on third-party platforms for functions such as CRM, telephony, voice AI, email, and text messaging. Those platforms are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, performance, or fees except as stated in a written agreement with you.

9. Intellectual property

The Knowsy name, logo, website content, demonstration materials, and methods are owned by Knowsy or its licensors. You may view the website for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute its content without our written permission. Materials and data a client provides to us remain the client’s property.

10. Disclaimers

THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KNOWSY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Liability for paid services is governed by the applicable written agreement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Knowsy harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the website or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
