Knowsy Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Knowsy,” “we,” “us”), operates knowsy.tech and provides AI, automation, CRM, and communication services to businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Contact and form information. Your name, company, job title, email address, phone number, website, industry, and anything you include in a message, form, or request.
• Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data. Your mobile number, whether you agreed to receive text messages, the date, time, and method of that agreement, and any opt-out or help requests.
• Call and conversation data. When you call us, when we call you, or when you interact with a Knowsy voice AI system or demonstration, we may record, transcribe, and summarize the conversation where permitted by law. When a call is recorded, we announce at the start of the call that it may be recorded.
• Scheduling information. Appointment times and details you provide when booking a call or meeting.
• Client business data. When a business uses our services, we may process information that business provides or connects to our systems, such as its customers’ contact details, inquiries, call records, and CRM records. We process that information on our client’s behalf and under our agreement with that client.
• Website and device data. IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page, and similar information collected automatically through server logs, cookies, or similar technologies.

We may also use publicly available information about a business, such as its company name, services, and website content, to prepare a customized demonstration.

2. How we use information

• Respond to inquiries and requests for demonstrations, assessments, or calls
• Prepare customized demonstrations and assessments
• Schedule and hold meetings
• Provide, operate, support, and improve our services
• Send service and transactional messages, and marketing messages where you have agreed or where otherwise permitted by law
• Keep records, protect the security of our systems, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations

3. Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to text messages from Knowsy Technologies, we use your mobile number to send the types of messages you agreed to, such as responses to your inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, demonstration and assessment follow-up, and occasional service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Full program details are in the SMS Program section of our Terms & Conditions.

Agreeing to receive text messages is optional. It is not a condition of submitting a form, booking a call, or purchasing any service. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by replying QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT, or by telling us in any other reasonable way. We keep a record of your consent and of any opt-out.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, or consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. The sharing described in Section 4 excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent, except as needed for service providers, such as our messaging platform and mobile carriers, to deliver messages to you.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers. Companies that host our website and provide CRM, forms, calendars, telephony, voice AI, transcription, email, text messaging, analytics, and payment services for us. They may use the information only to provide those services.
• Legal and safety reasons. When required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Knowsy, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
• With your direction or consent.

5. AI tools

Some of our services use artificial intelligence tools from third-party providers to answer calls, transcribe or summarize conversations, and draft messages. When you interact with a Knowsy AI voice or chat system, it identifies itself as AI. Information processed through those tools is handled by our service providers to deliver the service.

6. Sensitive information

Our website and standard services are not designed to collect health information or other sensitive personal information. Please do not send it to us through our website, forms, or demonstrations. Clients should not use our services to process protected health information unless a separate written agreement specifically covering that information is in place.

7. Cookies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

8. Data retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, to meet our obligations to clients, and to comply with legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Your choices

• Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
• Text messages. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
• Phone calls. Ask us not to call you, and we will add your number to our internal do-not-call list.
• Access, correction, and deletion. Email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. We will respond as required by applicable law.

If you are a customer of a business that uses Knowsy’s services, please contact that business directly about its handling of your information. We will assist our clients in responding to requests.

10. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last changed.
